i always feel this time of the week i am overwhelmed by thoughts.. things i can't process.. shadows moving through my mind.. it is relax time.. time to unwind.. i let go of the stress of work.. getting a teenager through high school.. and then now.. i let those responsible thoughts go.. so others seem to creep in.. but that is part of me.. who i am.. so i relax.. let them swirl...
