have to love three day weekends, and since i got back home from my couple of nights away i have really been doing a lot of nothing, dvds, tv, sl.. lots of downtime.. but i will be back at the gym at 6am.. i hope! no, i will be! it's important.. and i have someone guiding me and pushing me as i need it.. so i will be definitely there.. riding the bike... not a fun carousel like the one in my photo..
