another week has begun.. and for me it's the week to get back on track, after suffering chest infections and seasonal asthma i am finally not coughing.. so the daily walking has begun, and keeping a better eye on what i eat.. and drink! lol... decided on a classic look to start the week off... ♥

so i have had a nasty coughing type bug all week.. and monday will return to work, i can't remember the last time i have had over a week off being ill.. doctors orders.. and for once i followed them.. still coughing but not nearly as sick.. so one more day of rest then back to it!!.. aghhhhh
