i love good friday.. in Australia, almost everything is closed, retail doesn't open, stores remain shut.. petrol stations, fast food, is about all you will find open.. everything is so quiet.. i love it.. a day of rest.. to be with family and just enjoy.. a slow day in our busy lives.. ♥

a mesh of creativity...

i am really enjoying blogging.. i know i am only new, but felt it was the next progression from my flickr.. and now that i have this homestead to play on.. it's even more fun..

i got to speak to a girl through a group chat on sl this week.. who suggested groups and how long it takes before you can go on some feeds etc etc, and to apply to stores as a blogger.. it was great to have that chat.. people can be so generous and helpful with their information.. and i am very thankful to her.. she gave me an extra boost of confidence..  i hope my blogging continues to grow, and i do feel blessed to have two sponsors already..

lost in the labyrinth...

i am feeling rather lost lately.. losing myself in my own mind.. trying to find my way through the maze of thoughts.. then talking to my sis about the offerings of today's 50L friday, we likened this dress to one worn by Sarah in one of our favourite movies, Labyrinth... so i decided that it was perfect for my mood tonight.. maybe i should just learn to enjoy the maze for a while as i make my way though this time... after all.. doesn't it lead to a King?
