i recently posted on my social media, facebook and plurk, about my struggle this year with depression and my seeking out medical help after many years since diagnosed, previously i have had strategies that helped me in this battle.. i have always smiled, enjoyed my moments, but this year i had such a deep sorrow, anxiety.. but now my days are joyous, silly, happy.. i feel so strong for seeking help and taking on that has been offered.. i am truly blessed.. never feel shamed for asking for help.. ♥
